This digital tool will guide you through journaling with 88 questions that focus on creativity, inner peace, self-love, restoration, mindset, confidence, growth, and balance. The intention for these journal prompts is to inspire you to self-reflect, cultivate more self-awareness, show yourself more appreciation for being YOU, and achieve your personal goals in the days ahead.

I recommend dedicating time for journaling every week by choosing a category that you feel you could use more attention at the moment and working through one question at a time. Some exercises will be brief while others, especially questions in the balance category, will be more extensive. Use the checklist on page 4 to keep track of the prompts you’ve done, but also feel free to write with the same prompt multiple times. Your responses will change as you grow + evolve!

Develop a journaling style + habit that works best for you.
